VenueDeck is a UK platform for hospitality and counter-service retail: QR menus and catalogues, order and pay at table, self-checkout kiosks, online ordering, and the orders hub with kitchen and collection screens that runs it all.

What we build

Seven products that share one admin and one bill. Venues start with a free QR menu or catalogue, add ordering when they are ready, and pair any tablet or TV as a kitchen display or collection screen at no extra cost. Everything runs standalone alongside any till - no POS required - with native till integrations starting with EposNow and more on the roadmap.

We charge flat monthly licences, not commission. Orders placed through VenueDeck belong to the venue: their customers, their data, their margin.

Who is behind it

VenueDeck is a product and trading name of JP Tech Group Ltd (registered as JPTECHGROUP LTD), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11968503, registered office 28b Theydon Road, London, England, E5 9NA).

We are a small UK team. The people who build VenueDeck are the same people who set it up with you and answer support - no offshore queue, no ticket black hole. We have spent years building and running point-of-sale, payments and back-office systems for real shops and venues, and VenueDeck is that experience productised.
